Meet Dr. Rachel — Your Go-To Chiro for All Things Family, Holistic, and Healing

Hey friend! I’m Dr. Rachel — a Middle TN native, holistic health nerd, and family-focused Chiropractic Physician with extra love (and credentials!) in pediatrics, pregnancy, and preconception care. I’m Webster + Perinatal Certified and hold my CACCP through the ICPA, so you can trust that your care is rooted in both heart and serious training.

My adjusting style is all about options — whether you love a good pop, need some nervous system regulation, or prefer super gentle techniques, I’ve got you. I use a mix of Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Activator, Flexion Distraction, Logan Basic, CST, and CFT — plus all the healing extras like dry needling, IASTM (scraping), taping, NeuroMuscular Re-ed, trigger point release, and more. Translation: we work with your body, not against it.

I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Kinesiology (go Vols!) before heading to Palmer College of Chiropractic to earn my Doctorate. Now I’m living my dream — helping families thrive right here in my hometown community.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me with my two babies, elbows deep in sourdough, chasing sunlight with my husband and dogs, or living out a crunchy, faith-filled life with my family.
